Friendshipps was born from a simple observation: adult friendship is hard. Really hard. Life gets busy, social circles shrink, and most platforms aren't built for the kind of intentional, platonic connection adults actually need.
Meet the founder
Melissa
Melissa created Friendshipps from Louisiana with a clear mission: build a space where adults can find genuine, lasting platonic friendships — safely and on their own terms. As a licensed therapist, functional wellness coach, and high school counselor/wellness educator, she knows firsthand that the need for real social connection is life long and universal, and that the tools to find it shouldn't feel transactional or unsafe.
Friendshipps is her answer — a verified, purposeful community built for adults who are done with transactional or surface-level connection, ready to dive into who they are and to set sail toward genuine friendshipps.
